Obviously when you get on a horse you go faster than running. What i want to know is if i activate moving march/grass walk/scrolls or any other speed modifier before i get on the horse does the horse go faster? The skills are still active so do they still affect the character?

No it does not...Lvl 90 maxed grasswalk + phantom is faster than a lvl 60 horse btw

ive done both and didnt notice much of a difference. Its not like im going to waste the money getting on a horse, riding, getting off, buffing, then getting on a new horse. I thought it was a perfectly legitimate question, other buffs keep working so why not that one? don't get snotty because im a noob who doesnt have money or time.

A 60 horse will outrun a kokuro afaik. I thought that a lvl 60 horse is was faster than a kokuro mask but can't remember

Nope, doesnt, kokoku is slightly faster

i thought kokorus were about 48% move increase...

Kokoru is speed 13
Ironclad horse is 12.
Silk Mounts are 15.

but dont forget that with the chicken mask you can still attack
while horse and other mounts you have to use your wolf(if you have 1)

another problem with the kokuru mask

your wolf will attack you (they love chicken)

wouldn't want to run into a field of kokoru in a kokoru mask if its their mating season
