Chinese Glave/Spear Hybrid build

Im currently messing around with Glave/Spear Chin hybrid builds and i was wonding wats the best Stat ratio to have?
My main thing is to be able to take out charters around my lvl and maby 5~10 lvls above me in PVP.
Anyone mind giving me a hand?

do pure int. hybrid sucks.

Impossible to take out someone 5-10 lvl's above you unless they are in clean gear >.> As a hybrid (int I hope) you'll get 1shotted by someone 5-10 lvls higher

Then wats the correct str to int ratio i should have 2 be a int hybrid?

Anything else than pure int is hybrid, just make sure you keep more mp than hp and you'll stay hybrid int.
Most common are 1:2/3/5/7/8 str:int
