My guess is the same time as Jangan Fortress to make sure that not 1 guild can hold both fortresses.

thats my guess aswell, and probably not 1 union could own 2 forts due to the fact you cant defend a fort with only 4 guilds. well you can but its hard

ok so i got it...it better be like this or ill be pissed...
since the FW for my time is now 5AM, the FW for the bandit fort should be 5PM

All theory, but I concur with the earlier poster - it will be the same time as regular fortress.

it starts at 11AM on a thursday Damn talk about college or Work
atm i can play cuz colelge starts at 2pm on thursdays havent participated yet ill try and join this thursday just to see what it looks like xD
