if i have a lvl 40 nuker with a 9 gap would ongs be good to sp farm?

NO ! Ongs are level 33-34.

I don't think ongs would be a good choice, try to find a good sung sung spot instead. If you can manage to stay free of power levels and party mobs sungs are awesome, even if they are lvl or 2 below you, because there are alot good spawns.

get to 42 and farm on maongs, you'll need the extra dmg
