How do I wear job card or flag?

Hi
I am currently lvl 20
so i bought those job cards but I tried to wear them but it was impossible...
Can someone please tell me how to wear them?

Well as you are saying that you "bought those job cards" i am assuming that you have bought more that one different. The job system requires that you choose one job, you can change your choice but it takes time.
1)Go the the npc that manages the profession and join.
2)Then create job alias.
3)Put the suit on.

You have to join trader job first and then create an alias.
