Harp gives MP? o.O

Strange thing happened to me yesterday. I am lock/bard, and I equipped 10 Lv Harp on me. My MP was 668, and with harp equipped it turned to 1008 :o
Can someone tell me what has happened? Does Harp incresae your MP or something?

Bard increases your MP, yes.
