Black guild+unionlogo??

I uploaded a new guild and unionlogo, first they were white, than became black. Even after Yesterday's inspection in Persia, they stayed black.
This is how they should look:
I don't know if it has something to do with photoshop or something, but this sure is strange.
Is this just a bug or did I F*ck up?
PS. I have nothing to do with 4chan or something.

did you make it BMP or was it PNG ?

You have to make it a 32bit bmp to upload it, so it was a bmp ofcourse.

If It's 24 BMP it should be loading correctly. I've known them stay white through bugs but never turn black that's just weird.
