some ppl tell me not to buy it cuz my demage problly will killanythin in 1-2 shots but i wanna be sure...should i or shouldn't i buy a wolf?

yup, they can be your tanker if you have none around, but.......... be careful, each resurrection scroll for pets are 50K each, and don't forget there food, and health pots, those will cost loads, well, unless your loaded already.

Who can resist such a cute little wolfie? Look at his little eyes, they want to explore the silkroad in your company.

you really don't need the food until you start lvling realllllly slow. the pet will usually lvl before all it's hunger meter goes down.

the growth pet is very helpful

if a party mob or giant spawns near you
you can have the wolf attack it, to tank or for you to get away
if you use it to tank, be sure to keep an eye on its health, while you attack the other mobs around you
if you run, be sure to call it to you when you are safe, remember the mob the wolf was attacking will follow it for a little way
this can be useful to bring a party mob or giant out of the pack, to a spot more isolated(less spawn activity) so you can finish it off

If you do buy one keep it no name so you can resell it if you don't want it.

like BloodyBlade says buy a penguin or a bear with silk. is like a regular wolf but u will be special because its look better than a common gray booring wolf

Wizards will generally kill something quickly, so by the time the wolf runs to the mob, the mob is probably dead.

However, sure helps with pt mobs/giants, but will not help with general mobs.

don't forget the charm action for wolves when they are puppies, when they are 40, their charm action sux, all they do it howl and take a shit.

Thats why I said take a bear, the penguin & wolfs action sucks, but bears rule.
Under lvl40 they roll around like the little wolf, and after lvl40 they sit down really dumb

Very helpful to help tank for you, I'm wizard and I have a wolf. Infact I'd buy one with any build.

I would say go for it. If you get them high enough they can help out alot and they can tank good.

good for nukers since some aggro mobs will hit you once but if you send the wolf to attack first, the mob will hit your wolf, then you can own the mob w/o getting touched.

lol i typically dont do this but there was a thread here anywaz, im a str hybrid bow would a wolf be useful to me?

Depends lol. Grinding mobs such as Yeti is a no no. I just leave it behind or It's guaranteed to die.
