The most common S/S nuker build is 90 bicheon/90light/90ice/30 fire.

Quick overview:
Fire/Cold/light max, pro or armor - full int
Cold/Light/Bich max, pro or garm - full int, 1:7, (1:5)
Fire/Cold/Bich max, pro or garm - full int, 1:7, (1:5)
Fire/Bich max & cold/light 60 - pro - 1:5
Once u made ur choice, look for a guide on the forum here
