Poaching and Alchemy, oh my!

Greetings and salutations.
Recently, I've begun delving into the sport of poaching, particularly in the Roc Mountains region. This has led to some hefty money-making (I earned almost 100k off of gold drops alone, along with at least 300k off of 9D Elements and tablets). However, from my knowledge, stones are worth more than tablets if you stall them, and IIRC, in order to make stones, you need the right number of specific elements. As of now, I have a Jade Tablet of Mastery that requires 20 9D Earth and Water elements, and 90 9D Fire and Wind elements. I already have more than enough Earth, Water, and Wind elements, but so far I haven't found a single Alchemy item that gives me 9D Fire.
And so I ask: Does anyone know where I can find them?
