Where is the special bargain trader in samarkand area. I found the ones in taklamakan, rok mountain, DW area, and Jangan area.

Bandit fortress I think (Or the big place southwest of asia minor), but aint implemendet yet.

Guessing you meant Evil Order Fortress. I will check there later today. The Rok Mountain special trader works and that came after Samarkand. So maybe it is implemented. I will let you know when I find him.

Evil order fortess doesn't work as for as the bargain good times for my time zone
