there magic option called hp recovery 25% increase some guys said it's working only while i'm sitting only is that true if true think this magic option is useless right?

It;s only when u r recoveryng (when u r sitting down HP recoving goes fatser) but anywas, it's wont halp much in PVE or PVP...
Try to fight without pots and you will see how "fast" recovery is...
So yes it's useles

I believe that's correct, although I thought it was also when a heal was applied...but even that becomes next to useless at higher levels.

fck i have that on my costume what should i do

once you add it you are stuck with it, there is no option to remove and then readd magic options, kinda messed up if you ask me

Fight ti get a second costume. And if you have puted them in a slk bought costume (not haloween) you're screwed... sorry bro
That's why i waited maybe 2 months before i put all of the options to my avatar... now atleast i know i didn't screwed them

It's useless and unfortently impossible to get rid of.
