In which town are you gettin the most avatar parts mainly the dress/body??
I wanna know becuase i get more brooms at dw and more hats at samarkand and i havent gotten any dress parts

I think it's random, so it doesn't matter which town.

so i went to hotan and i got 3 hats and 3 brooms all i need is the dress
i turned in like 300 already
