i would really love to know as much as possible information about unique where to find him, what lvl u have to be to kill him, what do you get from him, do you have to register some where, how much exp you get

there are posted maps of where the uniques spawn, just do a search

you dont have to register, you do have to be lucky to find the unique before a high lvl does, and you have to be strong enough to kill that lvl unique,
the unique will also be spawning other mobs with it, these mobs will be trying to kill you also
you can be the same lvl as the unique, but more an likely someone will come and take your kill before you finish the unique
as far as the exp you get, idk, most dont kill the uniques for exp it is for the honor of doing (it gets announced server wide in blue when you kill the unique)

drops depend on what is the level diference betwen you and unique .. so if a lvl 60 kills cerberus or tiger girl .. he might only get like elexir and a bit gold.

There isn't a set time, usually they spawn 3-6 hours after they're killed.

u see when you kill unique do u get some kind of star next to ur name or something

No, just after killing there is a general message that appears
"xx killed Tiger Girl"
but no distinctive mark as a unique killer.
