Well im a 42 rogue..and i have sos+3 xbow and sos+3 daggers both 42.. everyone says xbow is weaker after 40.. even tho i can 1hit a mujigi (sometimes) nothing more than 2 hits with xbow.. havnt tried yet with dagger.. because some nooob wanted to pvp me lol

Please help me with as much info as you can plz like where to grind and wat wep to use (btw i got npc light armor set if that changes anything)

If you got an ability pet, I`d say Xbow, since you`ll be able to shoot from a far range, and it will make your grinding easier, instead of running close to the mob..

since your 42 with sos..i suggest you to go to lvl 45-46 mobs (spiders i believe, not sure flowers). I also think it's much more useful for you to use xbow to grind mainly due to the range. you'll be killing fast and not even have to worry about moving to much.

when people say dagger is better after 40...it's mainly for pvp. but even with a good xbow..with the KD/KB combos your good.

but imo you should get both weapons. xbow for grinding (and uniques..range FTW) and daggers for pvp

I'd go with xbow since you got your range. Just stand in 1 spot and shoot the shit out of everything around you : )

well i tested it and i can kill penons but only if i use 3 skill..blast shot-power shot-long shot.. should i just go to mujigis?

Should i train on mobs i can 1-2 hit or 3-4 hit?

1~2 hit unless its a Longshot + Blast/Power + Quick. Otherwise stay in 1~2 hit. Its about killing efficiency.

Xbox is never weak. It's awesome distance and damage makes it essential for grinding.
Daggers are more for pvp, jobbing etc.

That's how I used my rogue, 8x

well with xbow i kill a mujigi like - long shot, fast shot *dead* but sometimes its 2fast shots.. but nothing more

but penons i have to- long shot, blast shot power shot.. then i think sometimes i need to fast shot..not too sure lol..

If you have a grabbing pet go for xbow till the and and work on white or orange, even red mobs.

For the best grinding spot, it depends where the bots are located in your server but any mob around your level and if possible without ranged attack is good. You take the first mob out with 1 long shot, next mob takes 2 shots (blast and fast shot).

For mujigis I found two nice spots on my server, the first one close to the shades area, the second close to the white spider area. Both are the transition areas between the forest and the ice.

I skipped the penons because of bots and taxis overcrowding in that area,went first on the sonars and later on devil yetis even if they were red at the start because they don't spawn champs nor giants. If you're in a spot with a lower spawning rate you can easily take them out one by one even if it takes 3 shots for a killing. I stayed close to a chinese bot nuker using lightning and ran to him if I got in trouble to remove the mobs trying to kill me. Xbow kills faster than his nukes so I just KS'd him for days. I missed him when I left him especially because he didn't grab his gold nor stuff from time to time.

Try penons with crossbow.

Skill using per mob:
1- Try to knockdown
2- Knockback
3- Highest hit skill
4- Knockback
5- Fast shot (Or start over if you havn't kill the mob)


When there is a giant, switch to daggers!
