The SoX sword was repair invalid, thats why is it very cheap. And it has other name, because it's Sox!

if thats true yes it did, i was wondering how they would cram 3 tiers into this 10 lvls since the last chest in 9D is 90, now everything is doubled up rather then for example legs being 1 lvl lower then the chest.
this cap sux since there is no lvl 89 or 90 mobs to get drops off of, only your npc's

You can get lv89/90 drops from Shaitan too.
Shaitan drops are repair invalid, unless you get one of his 90 spawns, and the chances of getting a drop especially a 89 or 90 drop on those are very minimal
