no, they are a quest mob. i dont know if they spawn around the player with the quest or you lure them but they are not made to kill bots.

Weird, Iris had slave wathcers long ago too...but for few months, I haven't seen any of them. Titan had them too, not sure are them there anymore...

i haven't seen any in a long time. maybe joymax removed the quest since players were "abusing" it. i wish they were still around. they killed all the goldbots entering penons so i could actually grind. now i need them to kill all the bots entering the desert
