can a low level EURO Char also do China quests (in addition to the EURO quests)? The reason for asking is that the quest rewards in China are bigger (XP / SP wise)

you can do both europe and china quests with an euro or chinese , except the inventory expansion.some euro quests requires a party for them , while the chinese quest are more solo.
