Need help knowing about "clothes"

Hello, not sure what keyword would lead me to what obviously must be listed but is there a detailed post regarding clothing, the attributes and their functions?

If not, the main ones I'm wondering about are these:

For a Chin. Bow Pure Str., should you use Robe?
and if so, why?
Is it the speed plus? is it the magic protection max?
or is it just that you run faster?

chinese chars use garment/protector/armor.. Pure Str Bow like yourself should wear Garments because they are lighter you can move faster and you already have high physical defense because you are pure str. So the garms have the highest magical defense out of the 3

For a pure str: Garment or Protector, although i dont see bowers with prot quite often.

Bladers and Glaviers do.

Armour: Gives no bonuses other than a massive boost in physical defense.
Garments: Give you a boost in mag def, increase your movement speed by 20%, and reduce your chi[Chinese have chi Europeans have manna] consumption by 20%
Protector: Gives a balanced boost to mag and physical defense, increase movement speed by 10%, and reduces chi consumption by 10%.

European equivalents are not supposed to do the same as their Chinese contemporaries, but because of a glitch in Joymax' coding European gear does the same as Chinese gear; except better.
