meaning on wep stats and sheild stats

ok i havent played since the leveling cap on sro was lvl 60 and i need help

ok 1st questions

on the wepon or sheild stats what does the following mean and do to u and why it makes them importnd? cos i dont know a good wep from a bad wep and what does steady lucky and immortal in blues mean on wep:

Immortal: ?
Steady: ?
Lucky:?
Phy.mag.defence power defence in percentage: what does the percentage mean?

blockring ratio: ? what does the percentage mean and what is blocking ratio what would a good blocking ratio be?

Phy.Mag reinforcemnt : ok now am confused on this one 2 pecentage? for the same thing? dont understand

Critical : ? and in percentage?

attack rating : and in percentage?

durabilty: what the heck does percentage got to do with durabilty?

teach me what all the wep stats do and how they help u and ect i dont know anything about these percentage stuff and also tell me what an average stat good crit durabilty blah blah what would be good and what would be very good or average

immortal means it wont be destroyed if you fail +'s an item

lucky means that there is extra luck on +'s items

steady means that if you fail on adding blues it wont lower your durability

Magical and physical reinforces: These increase magical or physical defense power a bit.

Block ratio: also known as BR a high one i'm told is 18-20 +100% though i've been told BR 20 is only on SOS. block ratio is not really the amount you block in a percentage, just the higher your stats in block ration on the shield the better chance you have to block.

durabilty: the percentage if i remember correctly, means you get a bit more durability.
say you had a durability blue inc 30% (+0%) you'd get the 30 percent when it is on. but if it was inc 30% (+100%) you'd get a bit of extra durability. i don't know the exact mathmatics to it but say with +0% you have a durability of 158/158 with the +100% you may get more 170-190 durability.

Critical : well a godo critical i woudl say 9(+50%) & up. a GODLY crit is 12, an unheard of
and highest crit you can get to my knowledge is 14. basically on any stat on your weapon, shield or gear you want to get it too "(+100%)" that is the best you can get... but if it is above (25%) than you should be good. the "%" on the weapon's crit doesn't make crit more often but adds a bit more damage for the crits.

if you mean the Crit that is a blue, it means you want something like
"Critical 100(+100%)" that would be amazing, it is a blue that can be added to shield that lowers probablity of someone getting a critical on you.

also on weapons you can put "Block Ratio" in a blue that has the same kind of affect as the blue ciritcal, but lowers the chance of them blocking your attack.

Attack rating: the higher it is the higher you hit to your highest damage it is like accuracy
say you attack for 250-260 damage with a high attack rating you hit for 290-320
something liek that. the percentage is just like all the rest it makes the effect work better.

I thought attack rating was that u have more change to hit higher.
for example: psy. atk. power 550~620, when attack rating is high (%) you will hit closer to the 620.

The (+xx%) after every stat shows how much better that item is compared to an NPC one. All items sold by NPCs have +0%, meaning that's the lowest stat possible. So basically the higher the % is, the better the item is.

Reinforce (phys and mag) plays a role in determining you overall physical and magical defence and attack power.
