Trying to ge the Baeksong's letter quest...and I know that it's only given out to 5 people each day...however when does this new day start...been trying to get it at midnight SRO standard time..and I didn't see the quest scroll.
So anyone got an idea when the day starts in sro?

I remember when I did it...I logged onto the server as soon as the weekly inspection was completed and got it. Thats you best bet. :o
