If I'm al lvl 2 trader, and I'm going to do a one star trade, can player thiefs attack me?
I really want to know.

No, it depends on more.
If you're lvl 39 or lower, you cannot be attacked with a one star.
If you're lvl 40 or higher, you can be attacked by thieves reguardless of how many stars you got.
If you're lvl 39 or lower, you cannot be attacked with a one star.

Building on THAT:
If you have bargain goods, you can be attacked regardless of star level or character level.
