Make sure you have them in the slot and belt you designated in the auto-pot menu. "T" on the keyboard.

It doesn't work if they are in the expand, because there is no shortcut key for them.

doesnt matter where the pots are in your inventory as long as they are in the same slot(skill bar) as assigned in the "t" menu and you arent out of pots. =]
