Wizard help. Skills to max first,combo of skills, training

Hello,
3 Questions:

1)
I will have these skills to max, got from a guide.[from level 0-20]

Q: What skills do I max first to last? [Please note if any of these skills arent needed and wasted SP] [I got fire bolt and ice bolt at lvl.13 up to date and 1 into intelligent so far, aswell as ice, fire natural spirits maxed]

Good combo of skills? [Ex. Ice bolt, Fire bolt]
List any that you find helpful

3)
Training places from 13-25 would greatly be appreciated

Stay pure int for one thing.

1. Max all the fire you can exept the trap, not really useful till PvP, then maybe. Max all the ice and ground also.

2. When you kill higher than your lvl mobs, it is good to start with ice to freeze them, then fire (strongest), then the fire blow to put em down if the fire shot didnt work.

3. Training spots are tigers at 13-18 if you grind alone or dont wanna kill higher stuff. Then Chacki at 20, then onto bugs and hungno ghosts from there. If you kill higher lvl mobs, then it is whatever you can handle with the euro pot delay.
