Stolen char

Hi

This happend with my character named ´reneest´

I wanted to change my pw, so i went to joymax.com
there they asked my secret question and some more things...
finaly i changed my pw

I loged in and everything was fine, but
after one day, it just says wrong pw or id

so i went to silkroadonline.net and tried to log in there.
bot same problem^^

so finaly joymax.com > want to change my pw > and they say: mailadress is invalid,

tried to look my username > thery say: There is no Account ID that is matched. Please check and enter again.

i am realy confused now...

uhh someone found ur secret question and changed ur email address to their email address and changed the password aswell. no confusion there. .
