Character Voices do they exist in iSRO?

I was wondering if there is anyway to enable voices in iSRO? i saw a video where a female did the cheer emote after killing a thief and she screamed Yatta!

They spoke that themself and putted the voice in it with a movie editor program..

So the answer is No their are no char voices only "JIHGAHAHAHHAHAHA" when doing a attack
