Alright, i see a lot of people pvping with the meteor nuke lately, mine is only at lvl1 and with a 300% multiplier, the same as my 2nd book fire nuke.

I heard some people say the multiplier goes up if you lvlup that skill, is that true?

yeah, goes up to 330% when maxed
