I'm going to guess... 3k~4k, always stall high and bargain down to the price you have in mind.

i think thats wind two..
i would try 2 - 2.5k

Wind 4 sells higher than wind two but I may have remembered wrong, anways you can try to stall 4k ea or 3k ea.
