Cumulated buff?

I have a question about cumulated buff. After you right click it, does it give you only exp points or SP too?

Gives you a certain % of XP and skill XP extra per kill. Points decrease by 10 each time you kill a monster so dont waste it on little mobs :P

Both sp and exp yeah, 10% more i believe.
