Thief Question

Im level 21 archer, level 1 thief.. But whenever I try to attack it says cannot attack traders that are 1 star or somthing like that. Whats it mean?

Well it's pretty much self-explanatory, you can't attack 1* traders until level 40 due to the 1* protection system. x_X

until they are level 40? So I can't Attack people that are low levels basically?

If you carry a 1 star from 20-40 as a trader, you cannot be attacked by player thieves. After 40, you can be attacked by anyone.

oh sweet after level forty all merchants can be atacked well thats just sweet
