Return to last recall at DW

do anyone know where could i find this?.... at Jangan i always fin it at the Imperial palace guard the left side... but now I'm on DW i cant fnd NPC's that Return to last recall area?

that option is only available up to lv20, dw is a lv20+ area so you won't findthat kind of npc there
