Wanted status as Thief.

Hi, im new to this forum and i need help from experienced thief(s). Im currently lvl 59 and thief lvl 2 (20%). Ive seen in some of heres guides that you get wanted status when you reach the 3000 Arrange points, but how do i know how much i have right now?.
Any help would be thankfull

There are no arrange points anymore
No such thing as "wanted" status anymore

well then i my hunter friends wont have a chance to kill me with it.

So there's no more penalty for being a thief? Just kill, steal, and fence with no down side?
