HELP With Cursed Hearts ><

i have a lvl 58 pure strength blader but decided to make a nuker. its a lvl 28 so far. you get a cursed heart quest from any herbalist from any town at lvl 20. ive searched every dam herbalist i still cannot find the quest. anyone have had the same problems?

click edit skills instead of start conversation.

the only option it gives me.. is only "start conversation" it doesnt show anything else

Are you getting the quest, or trying to turn in the hearts you have already?
