Where do you lvl your Europe Char?

Hey im just wondering where you guys lvl your Europe char when they are lvl 22 because i have a lvl 22 rogue and dont know where to lvl it because there arent any quest that i can do by myself and i dont know which monster i should kill or stay on till i lvl.

I stayed at crabs/port area. Sometimes the party would go onto wolves.

I guess i found out where to train

I went to Chakji and it was kinda good since alot of spawn and i can kill them 1-3 hits with skills. But the problem now is that when i click SRO it says check the sro website there might be a patch or update going on when i could play like 2 min. ago

if u form a party with some good friends u should be fine and train monsters 5 lvl's ahead of you.
