About Powerlvling help help please

I try to plvling my friend and he lvl 20-24 chinse char with 0 gap and am doing at Karakoram with Penon Fight monster
why they getting sucky EXP?? like 10-100 exp per monster even party monster
can some1 help lol

oh by the way my char is lvl 70

I think you get bad exp if the monster is 15+ levels higher than you.

Not really sure though, at 24 best place would be Devil Flowers or Yeowas or something...

u can only plvl sum1 if the mobs are within 11 lvls higher then who ur plvling

There IS a guide to PL someone

it says 10 lvl is the max btw mob and low lvl char.
