Where is the Black devil Suit???????????

I went to the thief town to buy a black devil suit but i didnt find it. The NPC who sells thief clothes wasnt selling it. How can i buy one? Do i have to do any quest to receive one??? Please answer me. i love it! :love: :love: :love:

theyre no longer npc buyable, only players.

and theyre going up in value, due to demand, so if your gona buy one, expecpt to pay 2mil+ and increasing.
Started playing again, on CSRO now though, not ISRO (:
Hybrid - 5x 70:70 Hybrid - Ocean[VIP] CSRO
_EXPO_ - 7x 1H Warrior Cleric - ISRO - QUIT
