Powerleveling for chinese characters?

Is it possible?

I am thinking of creating a new character. One of the following;

Pure Int Spear
80 Heuksal
80 Light
79 Cold
61 Fire

EDIT: Just worked out this build would need 425K SP. Thats a constant 9 gap till lvl 45 or so.

Pure STR Glaive
80 Heuksal
80 Fire
80 Light
60 Ice

EDIT: This build need 393K SP. (Not a massive difference even without nukes :O) So thats a 9 gap to lvl 40 or so.

But SP farming could be done so easily with powerleveling. Leave masteries at 0 and just powerlevel until the full SP needed Then powerlevel up to 70 or so. Then grind to 80.

What im asking, is the party system the same for Chinese as it is for Euro? A euro can be powerleveled easy, but does chinese have the same effect?

Thats what im doing with my new character. 9 gap to 23 right now with about 21000 sp.

Im not too sure about either STR or INT. Cos INT dominates at 90 gap... but STR dominates at 80 cap... I dunno. I can plevel this guy all the way to lvl 60 or so.

I have a level 52 pure int ss fire/lighting. I was thinking about dropping fire to get ice for the snow shield and stuff. I have 89000 sp farmed right now. Should I switch?

P.S. Sorry if I hijacked your thread lol. Just want to know from a higher level pure int

chinese pwrlvl goes slower than euro i duno why but JM made it that way..
