will BLUE mobs drop cursed hearts?

i dont mean like lvl 1 mobs, but mobs that are maybe 8-10 lvls lower than me, will they still drop cursed hearts?

i dont care about the exp right now, i just want to get as many cursed hearts as possible in the fastest amount of time.

i think it will still drop up to around 20 lvls lower mobs, but i would just go to 1 hit kill mobs and grind them to get curse hearts, i am pure int so i am always 1 hit killing greens, its faster grinding neway for me

as a pure int, you could 1 hit oranges, maybe even early reds, more exp and same time grinding

Yes, you can 1 hit oranges, only if you have sox.
