What is the item looting system in Silkroad Online?

If I kill someone, can I take their loot? If someone kills me, can they take my items?

How does item looting in Player Versus Player work on Silkroad?

in PvP there is no item looting...force attacking a player (ctrl +click) and killing the player will cause you to become a murderer and you will drop an item form your inventory or on of you equipped items.
there is no way of looting a player of their items in this game
