Wtf no quests?

Er where are all the quests in Europe... i played a wile back on china got to like lvl 26 ... quit went to play wow got 3 lvl 70's ... got bored came back to SRO saw sum new stuff (Europe) did a few quests ... and now theres no quests. Wtf im a lvl 14 rogue/cleric. This is getting boring just killing shit. Where are all the quests?
