Euro RED quests!!

I came across some straing red quest-icons above the NPC in europ "version"
So i did some checking up on all of the NPC on who actualy had the red quests as i call them, but there are more quests than i thought.
I dont know if there are more but this is what i found.
Some 5 more quests for you, becides the ones that you normaly do.
I didn't find them on any of the "Quests Tutorial" so here it gow's.
Look for yourself who actualy has the RED-icon.

its like when the monsters turn red/white/blue/green ... red meaning they are too hard, white meaning good level and green meaning easy for your current level

So far i havent seen any green or even othere icons ... i dont know if you are right about this tho ...

green i notice show up when you're like lvl 20 going back to do a beginning quest.

Red are above ur level white/grey/yellow either above person or on quest tab are your lvl or close to it. green/teal only in quest book log are when u are away above it and goging to get little to no exp.

Red= Higher than the recommended level for it.
Green=Party quest
Grey=Normal quest for your level
