honor points do what?

Guardians make an academy and get apprentices
when apprentices graduate, Guardians get honor points
Guardians use honor points to buy SOH (seal of honor) weps from storage
SOH are at certain levels, EX: 8D sun wep is at lvl 70
You cannot repair a SOH from a npc, you have to use a honor stone ,which u also get from storage
