academy question

what is the cumulated buff? what does it do? how is it put to use? what if people neglect to put it to use?

im sure ill have more questions later. thanks in advance

after a guardian powerlvls an apprentice for a minimum of 1 hour they can distribute the cumulated buff (xp) to the guardian. The guardian then receives a 20% xp bonus when grinding, and the apprentice receives 80% xp bonus. This is my understanding of it anyways. Oh, and to transfer you simply have the apprentice left or right click the buff (its up top where the normal buffs are) and then click confirm on the "do you wnat to distribute xp to Guardian". It then starts an accumulated buff for (I beleive) the apprentice and the Guardian. I would guess nothign happens if its not put to use. Hope this helped.

and what about the intermediate guardian? they arent getting this accumulate buff so what are their purpose?

Not sure about that, my best guess is that their there to help the guardian powerlvl the apprentices, although Im sure they receive something out of it.

Im intermediate in my guardian hall thingy and i get the buff. Gave it to my guardian and he gets 20% of the points i get 80%

im intermediate to my guild master but im not receiving the buff do I need to grind at is side?

my euro char is in an academy and it hasnt been anywhere near the guardian since it joined. but it has accumulated buff.

The guardian system doesn't seem to work for me, though I did not grind next to the leader.

On the main website there is notice of a problem, but of course it doesn't say what the problem is.
