Skipping Quests ?

hello there,
its possible to skipping quest(s) when leveling too fast
for example:

i make a new eurochar and doing some quests till lvl 4
but then some friend come and invite me for autoshare we kill mobs till i am lvl 12

so can i get quests from lvl 5-11 or are they automatically skipped

it's not knight online in knight you can yes but in sro i think you can't

oh no, i DON`T want to skip quests. I mean are the "old quest" at the same NPC deleted ?
