Sword combo question

Hey, I'm pure int s/s, and I wanted to know if it's worth getting the sword combos. I've heard that heaven chain is really useful in pvp against other nukers, but I'm not 100% sure about it. I've already maxed out billow chain (that's the 5 hit one, right?) So I am wondering if I should continue to level it.

I would get it, since you don't have ghost spear for quick damage chain is good, however it is a double edged sword, if you time it wrong and the other pure int doesn't die, he'll have a one nuke advantage on you.

use it when someones running away for the finishing blow.

even though you dont chase after him while you're flipping around, they still get all the damage.
