europe client

First of i am new here. second i am from holland and cant wright good english. Now here comes my quetion, Idownloaded the europe client on 14 july now i readed somthing on the silroad website that evryone has to redownload the client do i have to do this to? becaus i just downloaded the client (14 july). And one last thing, must i have the chinees version in order to play europe one?
