Level 63 Quest - Help!!!

It says "Haraho" who is the hunter associate in Donwhang.

But when i go to him, there is no quest?

Tis quest isnt on Shimpedia or srhelp.tk, so can someone help me please?

this quest only gives it to a couple of players every couple of minutes. Wait there for about 5 minutes. It will give it to u.

soemtimes u need to doa certain quest to do another quests. happened to me once, then i finished it and i gto the quest i was looking for.
