Apply date of Europe Expansion: 7/24/2007 After Weekly Server Inspection

What Silkroad Standard times does it occur at?
And what would it be in CST -6 GMT if im not mistaken.

They seem to end around 18:00, so that would be around 3:00 in the morning if I calculated right.

Updates happen at 11pm PST (pacific standard time), so 1am CST
