Bone Soldiers and Niya Guards. 4 of their 6 drops give wind4. 3 give 1 unit ea, and the other 2 units ea.

I will update with more after i do another tour of takla again, lol. Straight grinding gets boring sometimes, gotta run around.

Imo farming for elements drops are slow.

Just grind on something that's green to you. Get good drops and sell them. Use those money to buy Wind 4, faster that way.

Wind 4 cost 1k~3k.
Newb sell them at 1k
seller who want to sell fast do 1.5-2k.
reseller sell at 2.5-3k

Spend some time to shout WTS in DW, you should b able to buy a few k units in a day. GL
