Alright so I have wanted a logo for a long time, and finally get up the level and GP to get one. I bought the registration item, followed the image type, name, and place instructions, but when I click register it says "You are not qualified to use this item." I was curious if someone could tell me why I'm not qualified? Is it because my character has to be a higher level or something?

Happened to me also. But I think I have to disappoint you. You bought it at Lv3, because thats when youre allowed to buy it, but you cant actually use it until your guild is Lv4. Sorry mate :oops:
